RE/MAX Reinvented

I am totally pleased with the rental management team and Rebecca! I have been using them for about 5 years and I must say that in having numerous rental properties in many states (5) for the past 36 years, they are the best! Always very responsive to me and my tenants. I would highly recommend this amazing team. By the way, their preparation for selling your home with an impressive market analysis is also the best in the area!

The RE/MAX team is awesome! Not only did they make the the buying process easy when I first purchased my home, they helped me navigate the rental process when I moved out of my property a few years ago. While being new to the "land lord" role, the RE/MAX team took care of everything from setting up the rental property listing to setting up the please agreements. Definitely recommend!

Didn’t even get a chance to rent with them and definitely won’t in the future given their poor communication. I see in the other comments I am not the only one. Tried to view a property and was told it had already been rented moments after my message was responded to. Something must of fell through cause they put it back in the market and again I messaged them to inquire about it was was told the same thing again it was rented moments after I sent it. Katie’s response was they receive 100’s of messages a day so they can respond to everyone. Good to know that’s how you prioritize future renters. Never will I rent from them if this is how the relationship is going to start. Huge red flag 🚩

The absolute worst group of people you could ever deal with. NATALIE POTEETE and REBECCA HAWK are by the the most difficult and disrespectful adults that handle a business like this. They are terribly unprofessional and disregard any of their wrong doings. I would never reccomend these two people or this company. They were my property managers. I signed with Natalie and the only heard from her when I interviewed the company and when she signed the form to do the rental agreement. After that never again. Everything was handled by Rebecca and she was a mess. Sometimes it would take days for her to respond to us. When I was returning to my home they REFUSED to meet to do a walk-through. They never gave me the sheets complete of the walk through saying that it was not needed. The home was not completely trashed but it was damaged. Carpets were not cleaned as what the contract stated would need to done prior to vacating. Holes more than 4 inches is the walls, the microwave door handle was gone and the fridge light bulb had blew which caused a huge black hole inside the fridge. All these was considered wear and tear. Also, a big one- they NEVER returned my keys or garage door opener. When I met both of them I had to make a surprise appearance because they refused to schedule a meet saying my file had closed. Stay far away from them. They go to the Evan's events to promote their business, don't give them the time of day. They know what they did wrong and they refused to take any responsibility. They are supposed to be a well established business they definitely are not. Take your money, time and energy to a business that will actually take care of you and your property.

The market housing knowledge at this office that far exceeds that of most remax offices. They go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I have worked with this remax for over a decade and can only hope to encounter the level of commitment and technical acumen they possess on other areas of my life. Bravo Zulu Remax Reinvented.
